What a great lady! I so enjoyed working with her in the dietary department at the Klein Unit of BMC. She always had a smile and kind words to say. I remember giving her a bunch of baby items as she prepared for a grandchild. She insisted on trading something for the items. My lovely set of china and silver will always remind me of the kindness she always showed. Rest in peach, sweet lady.

Laurie ,Tom , Dillon and family--so sorry to hear about Sherry. I remember her when I was growing up and our families got together on week ends or went out on the river on the pontoon and had picnics. She was always so funny and lively and had a great sense of humor. She was a hard worker but enjoyed it. I know she and my dad are both in heaven talking and wondering who's able to talk faster!! RIP Sherry, you've earned it.
Great picture of a Great Lady!!! Kindest, caring, giving & loving!! Always made you laugh within a couple of minutes of talking! You are probably already asking God what he wants with his roast? Your humor was endless and your laugh infectious!! Your love for your family was so strong!! You were truly One in a Million!! There is comfort knowing you are with your heavenly family & finally at peace! I will miss our talks & laughs my beautiful friend! You earned your Angel Wings!! Prayers of Comfort for your dear family!
First Sherry was a friend of my
family while I was growing up. Then she became my mother-in-law,and a grandmother to my children. Even though her son and I divorced she still treated me like her daughter-in-law and was still part of the family. I'll always treasure that. While we grieve for her here on Earth she is up in heaven reunited with all her relatives. We will be here grieving but celebrating Sherry's life and the relatives and family in heaven will be celebrating with Sherry once again. I would say RIP Sherry but I don't believe they'll be any resting when you get to heaven! Tell my Tanner his mommy loves and misses him.
I have know Sherry for a few years after meeting her to give her some therapy when she came to Blair house/Oakview. I will always remember her laugh. She was a wonderful person and always thought of others before herself. She was a great listener and had a great sense of humor. I will miss her greatly. Prayers to the entire families. Rest in peace Sherry , you will greatly be missed.

It is with great sadness that I express to the Darrah Family, my sympathy. Sherry always made me laugh; even when I didn't really want too!! I always felt like I was a part of that family, because of the love that I was given; especially, from Sherry, Paula, Sandra, Denny , and their Mother. I pray that God will give all of you strength at this difficult time. God rest Sherry's soul. Love from Loretta (Mel) Dixon, and husband, Bill.
My condolences go out to the family Sherry was a very sweet lady I knew her when she worked at the Speed Queen Laundry Mat
