A great person who will be missed by all who knew him. It was my privileged to have been able to know him and spend time with him. God speed my friend.
Debbie and family,
I was very sad to learn of Randy's passing. He was a big part of our Springfield Branch and I considered him a great friend. Although following my retirement in 2008, I never was with Randy again, I always heard good things from my son Blair that worked under him in operations in Springfield. My prayer is that you and your family will find God's peace that passes all understanding and know that it is but a fleeting time until we are reunited with our loved ones for those that love the Lord and follow His commandments.
May God bless and keep you,
Debbie & family...So sorry to hear of your loss. Randy was a great boss to Bob. He helped him get through so much with his illness and helped me a great deal after his passing. Bob always thought so much of Randy. He has passed way too soon. Prayers to all of you.
Randy was such a great guy and it was a pleasure to know him. Heartfelt sympathies and prayers to Deb, Linda, and his family for your loss.
Randy was one of those guys that when you meet always felt like a friend. Given we both worked and started with McKesson we always had something to talk about with regards to the good old days.
Those days will be truly missed now that Randy is gone and I certainly offer my prayer and condolences to Debbie and family in this difficult time.
Having known Randy for the past 14 years I can say I am a better person because of him. When i first started my attendance was horrible at work. He would talk to me about it a few times then finally made me start calling him directly if I was going to be ill that day. He knew I wasn't sick and that was his way of helping put a end to it. He knew calling him wouldn't be as easy. I would mess things up here at work but he didn't ever really seem to get mad. Randy was the kind of person that I wish everyone would have had the chance to meet. Im going to miss walking by his office in the morning and seeing him in his chair. My thoughts and prayers are with Deb and the rest of his family. We all will miss him dearly. Thank you Randy for being you in this time that I got to know you.
Debbie & Family , The tributes are so True and Heartfelt, they truly speak of how everyone that Randy touched felt about him! I am speechless. Heaven has received a Very Special Angel and Earth Lost one of the most Real and Kind people, I have ever known. His Life on Earth was way too short yet touched Many! My deepest Sympathy for your loss. I know I speak for ALL who will Miss Him Daily ! Hold tight to your Wonderful Memories & the Deep Love in Your Hearts! Sending Prayers for Peace, Sharon Wack
For the short time I've know Randy and worked for him has been a pleasure. He was a good boss. Always enjoyed the stories he would share. He will be greatly missed.
Debbie you and Randy where such a pleasure to work with over the years. When they made Randy they threw away the mold. He made everyone around him a better person. He will be missed by many that had the pleasure to cross his path. Rest in peace!
To Deb and all of Randy's family, you all have my sympathy for your loss. I worked with Randy a long time ago, when we both worked at Van Waters & Rogers Chemical Company in West Burlington. Randy started working in the warehouse and then received a well-deserved promotion to Operations Manager. He was the most caring, hard working, and most easy-to-get-along-with co-worker I had ever worked with. He had a calm demeanor and always had a smile for everyone. He loved his wife Deb and family so much and talked of them often. I am so sorry to hear of his illness and passing. Rest in peace, Randy, knowing you were such a good person, co-worker, friend and loved by your family, friends and everyone who met you. In sympathy, Marjorie Mellinger (Smith) Roth
So sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you all in your time of sorrow. Rest In Peace Randy. Your suffering has ended and your new life with Jesus is just beginning. Bless you all.

Deb and family, I am so sorry for your loss and you are in my thoughts. I consider myself lucky to have known and worked with Randy for many years. I can remember the long weeks we spent doing conversions together. Randy was always one to do whatever it took and was a pleasure to work with but what I most cherish is that Randy was my friend, one of the nicest, caring people I have known! Many hard long days were followed by long fun nights with Randy. I was fortunate enough to work on and off with Randy over the years and I always felt safe with Randy around, you all got to enjoy him every day. You will be missed buddy!
I first met Randy 25 years ago when working for Van Waters & Rogers. He immediately had my respect for being a great guy to work with and an all around good guy. Little did I know that years later your family would be connected with mine. I have watched the love that he has shown to not only his family but to many others who crossed his path. A great life lived by examples of hard work, kindness, and love. God bless you all.
To one of the best!!! You will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Thank you for all your knowledge, kindness, laughs and friendship!!!
Debbie and kids, you have my deepest sympathies. I have known Randy & Deb for more years than I sometimes would like to admit to. Ever since my first encounter with Randy, he had my respect. I never felt like a co-worker with Randy, but more as a part of his family. Invited to almost all celebrations that they and their children shared. I am so very fortunate to have known him & to have been considered one of his friends. I will miss you dearly.
I have known Randy for over 40 years and during that time we have shared a lot of memories. He was always there for me in good times and bad. He was great to work with, but most of all he was a dear friend. Rest In Peace Randy, you will be missed.
Debbie, I am so sorry to hear the news about Randy. You and your family have my deepest sympathy. Randy was always good to work with. Let me know if there is anything I can do.
He was a great guy, I remember the help he gave to our family when Joey passed away. He will be missed.
