Armando Tony Barrera Villarreal Sr., 61, of Gulfport, Illinois, died
at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 1, 2008, at his home.
Born July 31, 1946 in Port Isabel, Texas, he was the son of
Jesus Sr. and Francisca Barrera Villarreal.
Mr. Villarreal worked at J.I. Case Company for 33 years. He
enjoyed dancing, local restaurants, the gambling boat, and old western
movies.
Survivors include four daughters, Frances Jean Doran of
Burlington, Jamie Alyss Villarreal of West Burlington, Kimberly Morris
of Burlington and Gabriel Estrada; four sons, Armando Villarreal Jr. of
Tennessee, Walter Dean Villarreal of Colona, Illinois, Joshua Villarreal
of Galesburg, Illinois and Timothy Berry; twelve grandchildren; two
great grandchildren; ten brothers, Alberto Villarreal of Virginia,
Enrique Villarreal of Washington, Jesus Villarreal, Antonio Villarreal,
Alfredo Villarreal, Luis Villarreal, Felipe Villarreal, Orlando
Villarreal and Mario Villarreal all of Texas and Santos Villarreal of
Burlington, Iowa; four sisters, Yolanda Aron and Dora Villarreal both of
Arkansas and Maria Barrios and Diana Villarreal both of Texas; and many
nieces and nephews.
His parents, four brothers and one sister preceded him in
death. |
