Mrs. Sheila Ann Koenig, 53, of West Burlington, Iowa, died Saturday,
September 15, 2007, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
Born
November 6, 1953 in Quincy, Illinois she was the daughter of Richard
Carlton and Vivian Marie Sibbing McFarland. On August 25, 1973 she
married Alan Henry Koenig in Quincy.
Sheila
was a 1971 graduate from Notre Dame High School in Quincy, Illinois.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of SS Mary and Patrick Catholic
Church, enjoyed watching Fox News, playing the flute, surfing the
Internet, her cats and dogs, and especially her grandson Dalton.
Survivors
include her husband, Alan Koenig of West Burlington; one daughter, Megan
Marie Koenig of West Burlington; one grandson, Dalton James Koenig of
West Burlington; one brother, Mark (Karen) McFarland of Quincy Illinois;
one uncle, Robert Sibbing of Macomb, Illinois; two nieces, and one
nephew.
Her
parents preceded her in death.
A memorial
has been established to her grandson Daltons education.
