        Pastor Jeremy Lite and Reverend Lola Robison will officiate.
        According to her wishes, the body of Mrs. Brown will be cremated following the
        funeral service.
      A memorial has been established.

           
            Jackie Ann Cupps Brown, 49, of Burlington and formerly of Columbus Junction, Morning Sun and Winfield areas died Wednesday, August 16, 2006, at Great River Medical Center.

            Born September 6, 1956 in Casa Grande, Arizona, she was the daughter of Jack and Shirley Dilts Cupps.  She married Jerry Bown.

            Mrs. Brown was a 1975 graduate of Columbus Community High School.  She enjoyed drawing, puzzles and music and was a good cook.

            Survivors include one son, Michael Cupps of Burlington; one daughter, Megga Brown of Burlington; her mother, Shirley Cupps of Columbus City; three brothers, Jim Cupps of Columbus City, Jeff Cupps of Burlington and Jerry Cupps of Columbus City; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

            Her father and grandparents preceded her in death.
