Rochelle and Staff,
You could not have made a family any happier than you made all of us, during our entire experience with Larry’s services at Lunning’s Funeral Chapel.  Your expertise and your genuine concern for me and my family were noticed and appreciated so much.  Rick’s gentle and caring manner throughout all the services made me feel comforted and that my Larry put Rick into my life, again, to comfort and be available if I needed anything.  Chip, the trip to Genesis East, in the middle of the night, to bring my precious husband, Larry and the kids, grandkids and great grandkids father, grandfather, and great grandfather home, meant the world to all of us.
Chip, we love you so much for the time and care it took to do all this for us.
Rochelle, words fail me to adequatley express how your most tender, loving care, touched my family and me.  You guided us with your expertise and professionalism from beginning to end.  I truly felt you cared and that, under your direction, we found a most loving group of people we now feel we can call our friends.
Needless to say, we will sing your praises, your kindness, your enrichment of our lives and the caring love you gave to each of us.  Our love an appreciation for the wonderful memories you created for us to carry away from your services.
Sandy, and the family of Dr. Larry Brunk
Dear Don,
Dad and I want to thank you again for all the TLC you showed us throughout the process after mom’s death.  We couldn’t have asked for more.  We sincerely appreciate all that you did in making a difficult time run so smoothly.

Rochelle and Staff,

Dear Don,
I am writing to thank you again for your kindness and thoughtfulness at the time of my sister Karen’s death.  Making funeral arrangements immediatley after being in a car/semi crash was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.  Your patience and gentle guidance were a great comfort.  Your willingness to stay late that afternoon meant we didnt have to make an extra trip to Burlington.  Many, MANY thanks for all that you did.
Sincerely,
Linda Matlick Dyer

To those in charge ~
Just wanted to say “thank you” to one of your competant attendants at the Kayla Atkins funeral on Monday at St. John’s.
My husband is disabled and when we pulled into the parking lot, the handicapped spots were taken up by the funeral procession vehicles.  I intended to drop him off and go to try and find a parking spot nearby.  Your man came to the car and said he’s parking in a roped off area for me.  It was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do and so appreciated.  I didn’t get his name, but thought you should know.  GREAT JOB!
God Bless, Marian Harkness

We wish to extend your staff our sincerest and heartfelt thanks for your assistance in dad’s funeral service.  We deeply appreciated your warm and caring attention to our feelings and our needs.  You did a wonderful job of taking care of all the details, showing patience with our phone calls, and removing much of the stress that is part of dealing with the death of a loved one.  God bless you in all you do.
The Bill Mundt family.

We want to thank you for your professionalism, help in preparing and the service that was held for our mother, Evelyn Heckenberg.  It was deeply appreciated.
God Bless, Don & Glenda Heckenberg, Larry & Sandy Heckenberg, Richard & Sherry Rothzen

I would like to thank every one at Lunnings for all the help you were to me with the cremation of Dixie.  It was hard, but I got through it.  Have a safe and good winter and stay well.

I just wanted to thank you for your kindness to mom and myself, February 24 at family viewing for Uncle Bud. It was such a help for you to push the wheelchair up the ramp. Since I have been having shoulder problems it was a blessing to both mom and myself.

Thank you too, for your kindness to the family and making us comfortable. Especially your kindness to Marilyn.

Dear Staff,
You have shared in the loss of three of my family members and always with such loving compassion.  The “Memorial Tree” in honor of our loved ones is such a lovely gift and you have shown yet another way to show you really care.  Thank You. -Mary Lou Apple
Dear Don;
Nan, Raven, and Adona’s entire family send this message of sincere gratitude for your thoughtfulness and generosity during this extremely difficult time.  The gifts you provided regarding the care of Adona, the music and video tribute along with everything else you did was not only greatly appreciated, but was above and beyond our expectations and financial situation.  It was a very gracious tribute to Adona’s short life on this earth.  We were truely blesses to have known Adona and to be a part of this special family.  Thank you ao much for caring, listening and lightening our load as we begin to grieve the loss of Adona.  It means more than you will ever know.
Nan & Clan (including dogs Frankie and Milo)
